CKTV 2016 Media Camp!

Hey guys!  Last weekend my CKTV class and I had our CKTV Ohana Camp.  That's where our class got the chance to go up to Koke'e to do bonding activities and also some media training.  It's a really fun camp we do every year. So, here is my reflection on this camp.
First off, what I enjoyed the most about this camp was the Kickball and tug-of-war game.  If you don't know I'm a really competitive guy.  But when we played these games, I realized how awesome it was to be bonding with my class.  I thought it's not about winning, but it's also to have fun.  I had so much fun playing with and against my other classmates.  It was cool to see everyone participating and enjoying themselves.
Next, the bonding.  Like I said, this camp was also to bond with one another.  That is the main reason why we have this camp.  Every year, the camp's theme is, "Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten."  I think this year was a great example of that.  It was awesome to see everyone bond with each other.  For example, the returnees would talk to the new students, and the new students would talk to the returnees.  No one was alone on this camp.  That's why I think that is cool to see.
Finally, what I was impacted the most on.  During this camp, we got to do some photography training with the cameras, like how to change the settings for different situations.  But, I think what I was impacted the most from this class was my social skills.  I improved on starting conversations with other people instead of just going on a phone.  It was awesome to talk to the newbies and also the returnees.  I loved that I got to make new friends on this camp.  That's why I am thankful I improved on that.
In conclusion,  that is my reflection on this camp.  I am thankful we had the chance to have this camp too.  I enjoyed the fun activities and also I enjoyed the bonding that came along with it.  From this camp, I got to meet new cool friends and also I had a blast.  I hope to have these kinds of activities in the future.

I'm glad you enjoyed the camp again this year Aron! Wasn't it great to not be on your phone for a weekend? I loved it!
