Hey guys! Aron here with another blog post! This week is another very interesting blog topic that I am excited to wright about, and that topic is,"My Musical Inspiration." If you don't know me, I love music! It makes me feel better when I'm sick, makes me smile when I'm sad, it encourages me to do my best in any situation, and it just pretty much makes my day! For this week's blog topic, we were asked who is my #1 musical inspiration. So, overall the amazing musical artists I love, my favorite above them all would have to be the "King of Pop," Michael Jackson! Probably thinking,"80's?!?" Well yea! If Michael was an 80's guy then yea I like 80's. So, here is my 3 reason's why I love Michael Jackson and why he is my musical inspiration.
The first reason why Michael Jackson is my musical inspiration is because of his amazing music! Again, I personally like any type of songs. But, something inside me feels Michael Jackson's song is very unique in his own way. Michael Jackson's songs can always make you smile any time of the day. His songs are always cheerful and positive and that is why I really enjoy Michael Jackson's style of music. Next, Michael Jackson is my musical inspiration because of his personality. If you don't know Michael Jackson, then he is a very friendly and positive person who is helpful and kind to others. During his life, he lived through tough times like drugs in his neighborhood, crimes in his city, racism, and many other hard times during his life. As a young kid, Michael always wanted to be a song artist and he never let those bad things stop him. In fact, he believed he could change the world. For example, his song,"Black or White" was a song to teach people it doesn't matter if you're black or white! Or his song,"Heal the World" was to spread peace around the world. This is another reason Michael Jackson is my musical inspiration. Finally, Michael Jackson is my musical inspiration because Michael Jackson is one of a kind! He is unique and different in his own way. Some people say we can never have another man as good as Michael Jackson. Like I said, Michael Jackson is a very positive guy and he always makes my day! He is very creative and hardworking person. His personality was like no other person's. He is an outstanding person who believes he can change the world to a better place and I think he did. In conclusion, here is my reason's why Michael Jackson is my musical inspiration! Michael Jackson is a very amazing sing artist and he can always make your day. Hey guys! For this week's free blog, i'll be talking to you about a cool video I recently watched that was made by a cool youtuber called The Dominic Show. This video is called," Now Add A Marvel's Character." This video is a cool video about how a normal, average person does his normal daily routine like going to school, sports, or just hanging at home. But, the video shows a comparison of what a normal life would be like but this time what life would be like as a Marvel Character. So, here's the video and I hope you enjoy! Hey guys! Today I'll be talking to you about another interesting topic to think and right about and that is making mistakes. Every person in the world makes mistakes. Some do it everyday. Mistakes our everywhere. But, as much as you hate making mistakes, believe it or not but mistakes can be one of the best learning sources in your life. For example, if your teacher tells you to study for a big test coming up and fro some reason you decided not to, you made a big mistake which led to you failing the test. But, that can be a good thing because you now learned to listen to your teachers and study when they tell you to which now makes your grades higher. Here are the top 3 biggest mistakes I made and also what I learned from it.
The first mistake I made was when I dropped my phone and it cracked. Here's the story, I was at the mall and I was tossing my phone up and down like i didn't care and my phone meant nothing to me. Guess what happened next, I dropped it. Once I turned it over I saw a not that big of a crack but, it was big. I was freaking out because that never happened to me. I was lucky enough that my phone didn't break. It worked perfectly fine. I was also lucky that my parents didn't get mad at me. here, I learned many lessons, don't toss your phone randomly and be careful of your things. Next, I made a big mistake when I made a joke about my friend. In 5th grade, it was a was the day before my birthday party and me and my friends were waiting to get picked up. One of my friends that I didn't really like came up to me and said your," Hey Aron, you're gonna like the present I gave you" Then I said," What?! Your not invited." Then with no response he walked away. When I came home my mom had a talk with me because my friend told his mom. My parents were so upset this time that they canceled my birthday party. I definitely learned my lesson, never every make fun of my friends like that and also to be kind to one another. The last mistake I made was also a big mistake I made and that was when I forgot to close the gate so my dog won't run away. Here's the story. One morning, my family and I were packing things up to go to the beach. So, my family decided to bring the paddle board which was in the backyard. After, my dad asked me if I closed the gate and for some reason I said,"Yes." Probably because I just really wanted to go to the beach already. But guess what, it was closed. So, my dog escaped or house without us knowing. When we came home, we noticed our dog went missing. I was so scared my dog was missing that I was at the point where I wanted to cry. But luckily, a few hours later someone called and said they found my dog. We were happy that she was found but was also unhappy that they noticed that the gate wasn't actually closed. So yes, it was my mistake. Lesson learned is that I should always make sure that I do everything correctly instead of assuming things. In conclusion, here are some big mistakes I had in my life. But, even though you I hate making mistakes, I can at least learn my lesson and not make those mistakes again. Hey Guys! Have you ever stepped out of your comfort zone? If you don't know what that is, the comfort zone is a place or situation where one feels safe or at ease without any stress. Today, i'll be talking to you about 3 events when I stepped out of my comfort zone.
So, my first event i'll be talking to you about when I stepped out of my comfort zone was during our 2016 CKTV trip to New York. One day, our teacher, Mr. M, signed us up for a class to learn a dance to a song in the broadway show, Matilda. If you don't know me, I am not a big fan of singing or dancing. I'm not that good at singing or dancing as well. But, we had to do that. So, when we were in the class learning the dance, everyone including me felt a little shy. But, as we were learning the last dance moves, I kinda felt I was kinda better than what I thought I would do. I still wasn't a pro, but I learned that if you try you could actually achieve something. The next event when I stepped out of my comfort zone was also at New York and this time it was when our class went skating. This time, I felt pretty excited and confident that I'll do good. But I was wrong. Once I went on the ice, I fell! I kept on falling until the point I felt embarrassed and wanted to quit. But, my good friendly classmates who were really good encouraged me to keep trying and do my best. Guess what happened afterwards, I was a professional. Just like in the dance class we took, I still wasn't the best, but I was good enough to glide by myself. Again, I learned if you go beyond your comfort zone you will eventually you will achieve your goals. Also, sometimes if you don't try, you can never know what great things could happen. Finally, the last event of when I stepped out of my comfort zone was at the STN 2016 middle school mashup. That was at the 2016 convention where you hang out with totally new middle school students your age. So my comfort zone does not like meet new people. I am one of the shy kids. I only feel comfortable around my best friends and family. So, in this middle school mashup they kinda force us to make new friends. All of my new friends were very kind and funny. In conclusion, all these events whereI stepped out of my comfort zone made me learn some new lessons like learning new cool talents you never knew about yourself. Hey guys! For this week's free blog 'll be talking about a cool movie coming out called Captain America Civil War. I really love movie because it had awesome action shots and also a very interesting story. So, here is the video and I hope you enjoy. Hey Guys!!! Can you believe it's 4th quarter! Also, I can't believe it has been 2 weeks since we have been back from our trip in Atlanta and New York! I guess it's true what they say,"Time flies when having fun!" But, before we forget about all these awesome moments, let me tell you my top 3 memorable moments in my adventures in New York and Atlanta.
First off, let me just say, thinking about the trip makes me really want to go back! There were so many fun things we did that I can't pick my top 3! But, if I really had to choose, coming in #3 of my top three memorable moments would have to be the day when our class went ice skating in the snow in New York! That was so cool! Literally it was cold! But, the day we went ice skating in New York was amazing! Once we saw these little, tiny snowflakes fall on our heads our class instantly screamed in joy! Also, when we were ice skating, it was something to remember. Why? When we went ice skating, some of the students weren't as good ice skaters as others. Some would trip or fall. But, the cool thing about that was that the better ice skating students would instantly go and help the other people. They would also help them out and stay by there side that they would eventually get the hang of it. In this, I saw that our class was more than a class and was more like an family! That is why these CKTV ice skating adventures in the snow was one of my favorite, fun memorable moments. Coming in #2 of my top 3 memorable moments in my adventures in Atlanta and New York is... the fun side activities we did in Atlanta. For example, going to the World of Coca Coala, the CNN tour, or even the Atlanta Aquarium. But, to choose one of my favorite activity we did in Atlanta would have to be going to Six Flags Over Georgia. Yup! The reason why I loved going to Six Flags was because i'm a huge fan of roller coasters! I would never be scared of roller coasters when I was young and even though most off the time I would get sick, I still do it anyway! Going on the big roller coasters with my friends was so awesome because I got to see their reactions and also because it brought us more closer as a family! Okay, ready for number 1? Last but definitely not least, my #1 memorable moments in my STN 2016 trip in Atlanta, Georgia and New York city will have to be...... seeing those humongous smiles on my classmates face during the 2016 STN closing ceremonies! Why? When our class was in the closing ceremonies, we felt so exited. Also, when they announced each award, we screamed because of all the awards we won! To me, that showed we were definitely one big CKTV Ohana and also shows we care about each other. It definitely shows our hard work payed off. We felt so happy to see that everyone in our class won something. So, overall the many, many awesome memorable moments we had on this trip, these are my top three memorable moments. I think this trip was really worth the hard work in our STN practices and fundraising. This trip really brought us together as an Ohana and I very look forward to many more moments like these. That's all the time I have, see you in my next blogs! Hey Guys! For this week's free blog, i'll be showing you a cool video by one of may favorite youtubers, Dude Perfect. This video is called,"Dude Perfect Giant Nerf Addition." This video was very well filmed with cool sequence of shots in them. The reason I chose to do a blog on Dude Perfect because the videos they make, will be similar to my 4th Quarter Project. Yup, i'm doing a trick shot video! But anyways, I liked that this video had well filmed shots and very interesting editing. Here's the video! Hey Guys! Welcome back to a new and and also are last quarter of this school year! We're also back from our trip to the STN 2016 Convention. It seemed like time flew by super fast! Anyways, when one quarter ends a new one starts. When there is a new quarter, there are new goals to achieve. Yup! Today, I'll be talking to you about my new goals I set for myself for this quarter and hopefully I could do my best to achieve them.
So, my very first goal I want to achieve. You probably may have heard it in my other quarter goals and that is no procrastination! From the start, I always wanted to not procrastinate in any of my projects. Luckily, as the months past this year, I worked hard enough so that I don't procrastinate. But, I still see I still do procrastinate here and there so this quarter I want to finish the year off strong and have zero procrastination. For my second goal of the last quarter, I want to finish early enough so that I can get feedback to make improvements and edits to my project. For example, I want to turn in my project early enough to have a draft so then I could improve it to get a better grade. Finally, my last goal that I want to achieve this quarter is to finish this year of strong. For example, I want to work hard and avoid being lazy in not only my fourth quarter project, but also other projects like my radios and morning announcements. In conclusion, these are three of my goals I hope to achieve in this last quarter. If I accomplish these goals, I know that I can make a great project a get a good grade on it too! Hey guys! For this week's free blog topic, i'll be talking to you about a recent movie I watched this spring break called, "Batman Versus Superman!" I really thought this was a well produced movie with great filming and editing. Also, I really loved the story to this movie. It is kinda hard to explain but as you watch it I know you will be amazed. Basically as the title says, Batman faces head to head against Superman in a battle to the death! Thrilling right? But, I don't want to spoil anything so you just have to wait and see. If your wondering, some people might hate me for this but I am personally a Superman fan. I say that because a lot of people that I know was cheering for Batman. I was on Superman's side because well, he is pretty much like a god! Anyways, that was who I cheered for but if you want to know who wins, you need to watch and see. Like I said, this was a very well done movie and I highly suggest you see it! Here's the Tailor. |
